may be much learned law here, but the

whole thing

misconceived. From the

passages I have marked in L.J. Scrutto's judgment (p.1) and L. J. Lawrence's judgment (p.7), it is clear they are dealing mainly with the payments made for guards in accordance with the written agrement March 1930. But, except for a short period from April to July 1980, all the guardsthave been suffleed, not from the armed forces of the Crown, but from efecially recruited H. K. police, & the payments have been made to the H. Kr. 74 propered.,
